No show.. Poor communication

Yesterday I had booked a **** using this service. I got the invoice and paid. Now in my discussion with Sue, she had not once brought up the fact that I had to send proof of payment before 4pm. I had only seen this when I got home at4:30. I immediately made the payment and sent it off. I had not got any response (email/sms/phone call) to say that the money was received. Knowing that it was late sent, I wasn't sure if anyone was going to come because there had been no correspondence. I asked that the **** be here at 7am as I needed to leave for work. Between then and 7:30am I called all the numbers and it said subscriber unavailable. I then sent an email off to say I had to leave and I need to go to work and that I want a refund and I want proof of payment today. An hour later she rep**** to my email saying she had phoned but no-one picked up. I had received no missed calls. On top of that, I live inside a security complex so the security would have opened. I got no sms or email trying to contact me. She only rep**** once I sent the email. I sent two emails after that and only now at 1:20 she apologetically asked for my bank details. This is just a warning to potential users.
