Marvellous what does that mean

<p>My first time looking for a cleaning service. The biggest mistake i made this year, not only didnt i get what i specific asked for, i had to pay R150.00 for no service renderd and i am still waiting for my balance to be refunded. Kate Shuttleworth answer to my problem and request is that i am a irritant and she doesnt have the time to refund my balance. These people dont care about service or have any empathy for your request, you must pay in advance an amount of R350.00 . if you have a problem take a ticket. I should have listend to my friends they warned me about them. </p>
