Marvellous ****s - Awful Unprofessional ****s
My mom hired two ****s to clean the house as they had just moved out, shocking service as the two ladies stole property that belonged to my sister inlaw and her daughters clothing. the garage was not cleaned and promised and the to ****s **** and said they my mom instructed them not to clean. the house was of poor standard. My brother had to go back the next day and clean over, disgusting, My mom emailed them and they just said sorry as the driver sent two other ladies to clean the garage.... what about the poor standard of the actual house. they charge such a lot of money for this and its really not worth it. the driver did bring the items ****** back but that isn't an excuse for theft in the first place. on top of that, my mom had to email for answers.... no refund or reschedule for a proper clean. bunch of *****s . I will never recommend them t anyone, rather just do it yourself!

Yes, I have responded. I did not know she was wanting a refund. The items taken were returned. The 3 chars thought it was thrown away to which we told them unless a client gives it to them they cannot take anthing. The items were returned and we brought 5 ladies to fix the cleaning.

Yes, I have responded. I did not know she was wanting a refund. The items taken were returned. The 3 chars thought it was thrown away to which we told them unless a client gives it to them they cannot take anthing. The items were returned and we brought 5 ladies to fix the cleaning.

This incident is absolutely unacceptable and the chars are currently suspended.

02 Mar 2020, 14:13yes but the garage was only cleaned, the house wasn't cleaned properly... as my brother had to go back and re clean the next day. as far as I know the driver only brought back 2 ladies... also the stuff being taken regardless if it was a mistake should never happened. in my opinion they knew what they were doing. anyway I just think its poor service..
