Just avoid this recruitment agent. Nothing but disappointing candidates...

Honestly, had I read reviews before, I would not have selected Marvellous ****s. (I usually always read reviews for companies, but they made such a good impression initially I did not bother). I found their candidates weak, almost as if they are basically just randomly selected and fed through as "really impressive candidates". Communication weak/non-existent. The first placement had to be terminated during his trial period. Granted, Natalie did follow up consistently and tried to improve the guys but he was exceptionally lacking in skills. We then got a second candidate which we only survived a week with - totally clueless. The bloke did not even know how to use an ironing board - ironed clothes on a bed - clearly a guy off the street. The third candidate was better. However, throughout the three-month trial period there was no communication or follow up whatsoever with us. Of course, we were shocked when, on the day we wanted to make the candidate an offer, he promptly resigned. I then battled for a month, sending her frequent reminders for new CVs, with ZERO response. Eventually in June we received a CV of an equally disappointing candidate. Eventually we just gave up and said goodbye to the R20,000 placement fee taken from us for which we received nothing in return. So, in short, just find another domestic recruitment agent....
