Extreme bad service

I booked chars from Marvellous ****s for 24 and 27 December 2014 and 12 January 2015 from Marvellous ****s in Hyde Park, Johannesburg. I had to pay upfront for the three days, and was promised 2 chars for each day. The 24/12, just one lady arrived at the allocated time, and she was not the lady specified in the invoice. The second lady arrived at 10:30, complaining bitterly and saying she was not coming back to my house as it was too big. On the 27th, only one lady arrived (the first lady who arrived on the 24th). She did not manage to clean the house - she only washed the floors. I did most of the cleaning that day. I contacted Marvellous ****s and asked them to please cancel the third day I paid for (12 January 2015) and to refund me my money. To date, I have not heard from them!
