NOT SO MARVELLOUS ****S
Would give zero if I could. Last 2 years (ad hoc, 3 weeks per year in June holidays) very poor service (only re tried this year because last years franchisee no longer part of the company, and 1st experience many, many, many years ago was pleasant). Services and quality of services advertised versus reality, is inconsistent. Hours paid for versus hours worked, is a lot less. Franchisee/ owners description of worker versus reality, is completely different. Workers lack basic cleaning knowledge/ are just plain lazy. Using this company is a health hazard (dirty dishes passed off as cleaned, dirty bath/shower/ toilets/ no dusting/ wiping/ vacuuming/ minimal ironing - so what were they actually doing???). Owner / Kate was helpful last year (wanted that franchisee out of the company), but this year didn't even respond to my 1st email. Responded to 2nd email that she found no wrong doing this time/year, when she didn't even contact me. I have evidence in the form of photos, emails, videos, WA messages. Is the branch franchisee a friend this year? By their own admission, not all staff are trained by them (probably none to minimal). I got the impression (after enquiring about the training, that workers probably app**** for jobs with marvelous ****s claiming to be domestic workers, and were hired on that basis, with no evaluation/ training/ maybe no follow up with references.) Do not use!!! I hope that the other franchisees are aware of the CT and owner reputation. As Kate so eloquently put it last year, "NOT SO MARVELLOUS ****S"
