Johann - Marvel Electrical Worx *****

Having used this individual by the name of Johann from Roodepoort, at my residence, he did a fairly decent job. So i recommended him to the company i worked for, to change our offices down lights to LED installations.

We paid him a deposit of R3 500.00 (70%), so he could get the materials and start the following week. This is when the excuses started. First he sent a picture advising something fell on his head and he has been booked off following medical consult (I ultimately believe someone hit him on the head with a bottle, most likely his girlfriend). After a week of waiting to "heal", he then forgot to come to the office. After which the next excuse was his car broke down.

Following his broken car, I recommended I would fetch him and all his equipment from his place of residence in Roodeport and bring him to complete the job. Of course this did not happen which is actively protested and advise he will make a plan to come through . It has now been two months since i paid him the deposit. It is clear to say he has ****** the money. He continues to lead me on, even after coming up with a payment plan to refund the money. I will be moving to open a case of theft against him, no matter how small the amount. After which I will happily take him to the small claims court, just out of fun.
