Dishonest agent with false information provided

Edward Maruping for Maruping Properties is still owing my rent money for January 2023,i have been contacting this person for months to a point that he has chosen to ignore and avoid my calls after he admitted that he owes me but still hasn't paid me, he signed a lease agreement as my agent with my tenant and i still haven't received the tenant's deposit from him till today
