Bad service

Well where shall we start on the day of our arrival the office smelt like dead is in the air People that did not have a booking to stay came there and made noise drinking to we time at night. We went there to have piece of mind but we did not get it, Saturday it was the same drinking noise smoking dagga booked someone else in the room that was booked for other guest that we knew and the old couple hade to drive home last night from the free state to witbank and it was not fare, this morning on our way out at 5 music play load drinking bottles all over and the receptionist so drunk cannot even stand on his two legs, I will never ever recommend any one to stay there at all, even when you send them an email will look into it that is the reply you get then it stays the same.
