Poor Service Delivery

Worst Customer service rendered. The locksmith never came to the premises on time, the locks installed broke the very next day. The manager promised that the service would be rendered on a specific day and the locksmith did not pitch up as promised. It took nearly two weeks to have my service rendered all this after receiving payment upfront! This is pathetic quality of service. The locksmith also installed things that did not ask for. I will never use them again.
