WORST WORST WORST WORST!!!!

Absolutely shocking service!

They gave the death certificate to someone random who is not even in the family and without proper paper work provided. Now they refuse to help at all and saying they will see us in court. Not to mention on the night when picking up the deceased the driver of the van smelt horribly of alcohol and crashed into the deceased daughters car and did not offer to make it right to this day.
