Worst service from Martins Funerals

My late Grandmother was paying premiums for herself at Martins Funerals for over 10 years, when the time came to receive her send off, Martins funerals gave her the worst send off and she was probably turning in her grave. 1stly it was the Funeral Programme, they had misspelling all over, the person who was typing could not even spell "chorus". Secondly they sent us a mobile toilet and tent that were disgustingly filthy and dirty, just when we thought we've seen it all, the he**** and the family car came late both from fetching us at home to the church and from the church to the graveside. The church had to sing until they arrived minutes later. when we contacted them about all this, they said we should come to the offices and lodge a complaint, of which we did with the head office, till today, no one has said anything or dealt with our complain. Martin funerals are the worst funeral undertakers based on the service we received especially for a long term client like my grandma, yet they claim to be the "leaders of funeral industry" that's ****. I will try and warn most people as i can because they advertise falsely.
