Worst service ever...claim not paid almost 2 months now

I have received the worst service ever from this company....I submitted a claim on 6 Sept 2021 and to date, my claim has not been paid...I have been following up via email and they have gotten to a point where my emails go unanswered. No one is taking responsibility. To everyone looking to take any cover with this company, please reconsider your decision and save yourself some drama. I'll never ever
