I paid my policy on time to a ladies that works at your Bethelsdorp branch her name is Sharmaine Natlazo and Zelda .The two works together..so Sharmaine would collect premiums every month on time.When I had to claim with my moms passing now in June..they took 3 weeks with my claim only to advise me that it has lapsed twice and were re instated.So what I paid every month how is this possible..what can I do.I have contacted the Ombudsman but has not receive any feedback.This lady also works with Prosper Care funerals.This make me think that these two ladies are ******** poor people.Disguisting...Your day is close...
