My father biggest supporter of MARTIN'S-as witness at Sonskyn Retirement Village in Rustenburg, staff always sympathetic and professional. <br> NOT THE CASE FOR MY FATHER.<br> Staff arrived at the house in a hurry, referred to my father as \the body"as if no relation or family member"

I can confirm that the owner of Martin's Rustenburg franchise Attie Kirsten has personally visited your mother today. He has also apologised in person to your mother and will definitely retrain the staff member in question to ensure that incident like this does not happen again and that his service is of highest quality and that he shows the necessary respect and professionalism when dealing with families and their loved ones.
