Unpaid claim

Can you assist me with my claim since from last week Tuesday which is still unpaid and I have not received any feedback till date

Claim was declined last week due to January instalment was not reflecting on thier side Proof of payment was send and promised payment will be allocated and claim will be processed I have been calling since last week for feedback but promised will get back to me till date, am very disappointed
