The worst most disrespectful funeral home I have ever used

The worst most disrespectful experience of my life the Martin's funeral home in blouberg a lady by the name of colleen who was completely confused forgetting paper work and losing my mother who had passed ID book and then accusing me of not handing it in before finding it moments later after choosing to leave and use a different funeral home inwas then charged R2 600 before the other funeral home could collect the body I am completely shocked that people like this are allowed to work in this kind of industry
