Terrible ripoff

My past last week ...a lady Colleen at blouberg quoted us 29k for the funeral arrangements...we ask her 4 times for a break down on the quote because every thing just said included ...after the 4th time requesting a break she sends me an invoice not a break down for 29k.....the things she offered were not as indicated ...they made the leaflets and didn't even staple them together ..we did it ...during this corona pandemic they didn't even supply sanitizers and offer to any one ...didn't give out leaflets ...she told me they will supply the best Hearst for funeral and that never happened ...they used a VW microbus and I was very disappointed after all the funds we paid ...they unprofessional..the **** the people some advice don't use them ...terrible service ...in the beginning they are very helpful then afterwards you will see
