Poor service

Hi everyone I resently buried my Mother in Eastern Cape Lady Frere on the 04 February 2023. The service offered to me was very poor the tent they brought to us coult not even stand on its own toned fine I did not want to cause arduments during service. I payed on amount of R850 for an oudio when listened to it it was not worth it names was not the names we gave to them and still kept quiet about it because my goal was to burry my Mother.. Then left Eastern Cape back to my work place then I need one document to finalise things this side when making call you only reach their Queenstown branch I spoke to a lady whom I think She is a Manager she told me that they can't send this document to me because I was not the one who signed I had tried to explain that the person who signed is my elder Brother who was there when the incident happened and I was the one who paid them. She told me that I could not be assisted. All the work was done by their Lady Frere Branch which I could not get hold of due to network in that area as per the people I spoke with and the manager told me that they do follow-ups on families they offer their services to we did not receive any call from them as I can remember..
