Paying my own things and poor service

Worst planning from the funeral parlour i still have no idea why i had to pay other fees,i felt humiliated during that services when we burried my mother no proper plan things i was supposed to receive i never did and have been fighting for 3 years now no resolution i would not recommend martin's funeral welkom to anyone under the sun not now not in a million years
