Martins funeral very unprofessional

Very unprofessional service! Had a lady from the Pta Noord branch yelling at a relitive in front of her family and friends when she just lost her brother. After the viewing she then proceeded to come and yell at my mother in law at our house when dropping off the papers. This is not the service you want when you just lost someone. I won't recommend them to anyone and I really hope no one else has to endure this when they just lost someone.
