Last week we lost our granny and I had covered her on a funeral policy with Martin's funerals, Roodepoort branch. I called on Thursday and Ryan assisted me and explained everything in detail on which docs I need to submit a claim. After I got the docs and sent them through to him on today on Monday, he rep**** in a knick of time that all docs are in order and he has submitted the claim. In less than an hour he sent a message with a confirmation that the claim has been approved and is being processed. I got the money today in less than 24 hours.
