My father recently passed and had a policy with Martins. The arrangements were simple involving a cremation and the family took care of the service. At the outset some of the costs where highlighted to myself which I accepted. After the cremation I requested a statement of account and there was nothing left as additional costs had been added that were never highlighted to us. Martins will do anything to not pay out any money. Look somewhere else if you require a funeral policy.
