bad service received

<p>as we are preparing a funeral for our brother who died due to a car accident on the 9th of August 2017 and his remains were taken to a gorvenment mortuary,we then arranged with martins funeral to pick up the body and they then gave us 8 am but we arrived before them and waited for approximately 2 hours for their arrival,we were then taken to their brakpan branch upon on arrival there no one paid any attention to us there was no sympathy at all,the staff was busy minding their own business as if we were not even there.. reason for my complaint is for this guys to try and up their service as we are paying for these services its not for free..</p>
