Bad memories

<p>I am currently at a funeral of my grandfather and we are using Martin Funerals, a branch in Reitz Free State. I am so heartbroken for a funeral that was supposed to go to the cemetery at 10:00am already it is 12:00pm waiting for headdress and they are not picking our calls. I have never seen such a bad service at a very painful time in my family's life. What do we call this?</p>
