Above and beyond by Natalie

<p>I lost my beloved domestic worker and she didn't have a funeral policy. I was out of town at the time and was not able to organise anything in person. I spoke to Natalie from Martins (on a Sunday I might add) who from the get go provided the most unbelievable, above and beyond service to try and assist me in any way possible to get her body from Cape Town to Newcastle. She was patient, understanding of all the cultural needs and really helped me problem solve at each point in the somewhat difficult process.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would not hesitate to recommend Martin's to anyone who needs assistance after the passing of a loved one.</p>
