Buy from Martino Boutique at Your Own Peril

I’m writing this with such a heavy heart.

I bought a two piece for graduation a month in advance, paid R4200 for it and 1. It came late so that I had to find something else to wear for my grad at the last minute and 2. It came with the wrong pants. The pants were small and looked nothing like what was in the pictures. 3. The corset belt it literally made for a 2 year old and the corset top only covers my front. My entire back is literally open and I know corsets can have a gap at the back but this gap is unbelievable.

Anyway. I tell the person to just send the right pants and right corset belt, that I wasn’t looking for a refund even though it inconvenienced me to have to take out more money to buy another outfit. The pants arrive but I was over it at that point. Fast forward 3 months later, I think to wear this outfit for my birthday and when I open the package received months ago, the corset belt is NOT part of the package. I put the pants on, the material is a different material and colour to the corset so it doesn’t match??? The pants are too large for someone who sent through her EXACT measurements. It’s literally falling off me guys.

Some of us work for our money and this really broke my heart. Like this business tried to ruin my grad and now again my birthday. My sister, nothing you touch will come right until this is rectified. But continue treating your celebrities and influencer friends with dignity and respect while disrespecting your regular customers.
