Mr WJ Snyman who is supposedly a financial manager at Martinique doesn’t know his position responsibilities as he now sending me letters for not adhering to rules because his friend is the one that complained and I have been trying to get ahold of him but to no avail .How do you have a financial manager respond to complains?????and making threats that I will be fined ????
