Riped off

<p>My boyfrind is hireing an appartment from Adelaide Helliwell at Martinique Real estate. He has been ripped of with electricity. They are behind with their bill now the are trying to get their tenants to cach it up. The other tenents dont even know anout it YET. He has been promised that she would tile the flat and fix his leaking toilet and the stove that trips to name a few. everytime we make an appointment to meet with her she cancels and this has been going on for 6 months. She has had an add to let the flat out 2 months before his contract ended now she wants to keep his depisit because he isnt giving 2 months notice? </p>
