Absconding builder

Mr Meugens services were utilised in February this year to do various building projects around our home on Pezula Golf Estate in Knysna. He completed some of these projects, but the majority remain outstanding. He owes us money for these outstanding projects, and since April has not answered or returned our calls and ignores our emails. He is dodging us knowing that he owes us this money. We have repeatedly given him extensions in the hope that he would just finish the work and get out of our lives. We are now being forced to go the legal route. Please do not use him. He works in and around the Knysna area. He came to us highly recommended but he has unfortunately shown us that he is unreliable, dishonest and a ****.
