Poor service and communication.
I’ve used this workshop for about 7 years, but my recent experience was really disappointing. The original issue with my car was not properly resolved and new issues were introduced (including a check engine light that was never there before), and I’ve now also had recurring issues again with a door lock repair that previously took multiple visits to fix. Communication throughout the process was poor, I constantly had to follow up for updates, timelines repeatedly changed without communication, and accountability was often shifted onto third parties rather than the workshop taking ownership of the situation. Despite requesting clarity multiple times, the owner (Clayton Le Roux) avoided speaking to me directly about the situation, and even staff members struggled to get hold of him or provide clear answers on what was actually happening with the car.
