Worst Bookmaker Experience

I went into marshalls to complete a lost ticket form but got turned away 4 times. The manager on duty keeps telling me there is no manager on duty. Lazy staff who have no interest in their customers. I was then promise a phone call in 24hrs yet its been a week with no response. The staff are rude and act very unprofessional. Management is non existent. Staff run a mock and do as they please. If you want an aggravated experience then go to Marshalls World Of Sport.
