Will not let you withdraw

****mers. Their site is nice and easy to use and they will happily accept your money, but as soon as you withdraw, they disable your account with no communication.

Refuse to answer emails, or their "Chatbot". When getting on a phone call, apparently the account was disabled because of "*****".

Of course they have no evidence of that, and refuse to communicate further. Sounds like they just want to keep the money.

I've had to raise this with the KZN gambling board, which is a massive inconvenience. All over a few thousand rand.

Stay away.
