Marshalls world of sport not paying out

I recently won some money on Marshalls..i personally did not have an account so i put in my friend's account for them to put funds in..i even explained to their so called team leader,she did not reply..then they sent an email to see copy of ID..i sent it..but still my funds have not reflected..i am now thinking the ****med me of my money because if i win money,withdraw and they dont send it where does it go?they simply de*****ing people on my point of view
