Marshall's keeps winnings on bet

I took a bet on a horse at Kenilworth Race 7 number 4 (name = No Resistance) on 9 February 2016. It was a bet for a place R170 / R70.<br> <br> The horse ended second. On the 10th, when I went to collect the winnings, they told me the bet was cancelled.<br> <br> Now, I took both a Win and a Place bet. The Win-ticket (which was a losing ticket), was not cancelled, but somehow, the winning ticket (for the Place bet), was.<br> <br> So, if Marshall's can decide at will not to pay a winning bet, how much money are they *****ing from the public? <br> <br> SO, I'm going to lodge an official complaint with the Western Cape Gambling Board to have their license revoked.
