Unable To Repair A Faulty Alarm

I have a new neighbour who moved in 5 months ago. Alarm installed by Marshall security is clearly faulty. For 5 months the alarm has been going off multiple times a week. And not briefly. It goes off the entire day if no one is home. Example: In the last 7 days the alarm has gone off on 5 of those days and NOT been deactivated the entire day. And that is just in the last 7 days...<br> <br> I have complained 3 times to Marshall security this week and I am told that they will only repair should the owner of the property request.<br> <br> Marshals installed the alarm, and they should rightfully be the custodians who maintain and advise on its correct use. Therefore legally they are the ones that should be held accountable. Especially considering that an alarm is installed to do just that ...ALARM... The owner of the property is obviously now at risk as even the armed guards don't bother coming back after the first activation , which is generally around 9.00am<br>
