shocking service

<p>In 2015 december I took on marshall as my security firm and they took over my system. they came in and did what they had to and i was quoted R2100 which I paid. Around July/Aug we realised that some of the doors were not working and I reported it to Bruce fromMarshall. They sent a team out and the problem persisted. This happened a few times and the problem was still not fixed. The next thing I get given a quote to replace the board. BUT THE SYSTEM IS NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD. All i want is for my system to be fixed as it is under a year old and should be covered by a guarentee.</p> <p>In Oct they come out and there is a blown fuse on the board. Now the excuses start. The board was probably damaged by lightning as the fuse is blown. (But the problem was reported in aug). Then I get told that No the system is nor under gaurentee because they did NOT install the system. I just paid R2100 for ??????</p> <p>And the excuses keep coming. I bet had the system packed up after a year I would then have been told the system was out of warranty.</p> <p>Bottom line is Marshall took over the system. Marshall should have ensured they gaurentee the system for a year and should have done what ever was needed to carry that guarentee. I wonder how many other people are out there who have systems which are "NOT UNDER GUARENTEE"</p> <p>And as for Tyron powell who claims to be one of the managers there, well he has the tact and communication s****s of a rabid buffalo and should not be allowed to deal with the public.</p>
