Poor Service, Back up and Communication from Marshall Security

What an *********** bunch. For 3 years we had nothing but problems and billing us for work not done correctly with useless technicians who have come out on numerous occasions to fix a faulty alarm that kept going off for no apparent reason. We agreed to pay more to renew the system but still no success, what a waste of time and clients money. We cancelled the contract 31.10.2017 and called the accounts department to verify the last payment which ended 01.04.2018 and even the employees have no idea, fortunately I have the correspondence in writing to me via e-mail. We are with a much better company now, THANK goodness and they know exactly what they are doing, what a pleasure to deal with competence and experienced technicians.
