pathetic service, always problems with their telephone lines and there is never a manager or supervisor to speak to or who can call you back. These guys go out to your property and if they find someone there they do nothing about it, not even call you back. I had a few incidents when I asked them to out and go a check. They did give any feedback but when I called they to check up, their response was that there are contractors on the site. *****s didn't even confirm with me as to whether those guys should have been there rather they sat and could have helped ********* raid the place. Arrogant Bunch of misfits. They say in case of anything... how if they don't have proper telephone lines. RUSA needs to give they some lessons
