Guard Dog attacks and Kills Shih Tzu

On the 23rd of March a German Shepherd guard dog chased and killed my small Shih Tzu on Eastmoor beach. A popular beach for dogs, mostly off leads. I recently discovered the dog was with Marshall Security based in the Oppenheimer's house. John Hauser of Marshalls was concerned and the guard will attend a disciplinary hearing. To help overcome our grief, we purchased a new puppy. John Hauser could not understand this and refused our request to pay our costs.
