Very very poor service

<p>I ordered an electric violin in September 2016, for my wife's birthday in December. (I paid a deposit) I was told I would have it by the end of November. December came and I was told it would be here by early Jan, this continued with every deadline until here we are in august 2017 now I am told it was never ordered. </p> <p>How is this possible? Then I am offered different model that has been discontinued instead. They tell me the price is R22000 and I can have it for R13000. So I do a little research to find out the recommended retail price on the model I am now offered is R13000. Do they think I am stupid? Another retailer sold one for R11000 this year. </p> <p>I have through the company I work for spent over half a million here in 3years, thought I could expect better than this. I think it's time I moved the companies supplier</p>
