Substandard Poor Quality Merchandise supp**** by MARSHALL MUSIC in Cape Town

<p>i purchased two (2) Denon CD Players from Marshall Music at the end of 2010, and hardly ever used them - still in original package and wrapping. after very little use these players went faulty, and i returned them to be sorted. I was informed they required to be servised after very little usage, but nevertheless, it was done, and i paid for it. the very next time i wanted to use the, the same fault ocurred. again i took them back, and upon collection was assured they have been tested, and were in perfect working order. months went by, and when i neede to use them on 3 May this year, again the same error. Graham at Marshall firstly did not want to acknowledge i purchased the players from them, and after a lenghty debate said i must bring them in again. I do not want these units back, and am quite prepared to pay in a diffrence in getting better quality, but i have hit a stumble block with Graham. the amount of time i have used these players are less than what a DJ would use them on a one night gig.</p>
