Speakers Resolution

I brought in two speakers to Marshall Music to have it assessed and repaired. After 3 months of waiting, I eventually got a price and asked them to go ahead and fix them, I need them for services in Church. After paying the full amount, I was excited to test them out just to find out that absolutely nothing has been done to them, my speakers were still doing the exact same thing it was before I took it in to them. Given the warranty they gave my, I took it back, waited another 3 months and was told that the speakers work fine, they suspect a cable issue. I bought brand new cables at Marshal Music, I told them and they told me I can have a technical unit dispatched at my expense. A ludicrous amount was quoted and I refused, I asked them to plug it in at the shop and I will have them listen to my issue, they refused. I will be taking my system to another music store, I have wasted thousands and waited months and months for absolutely nothing. Be cautious of Marshal Music, don't expect too much.
