Bad Customer Service - Online
Ordered from their Pretoria branch online, called “One Stop Music”
Item was a one on hand.
After paying and placing the order I get told two days later that the item is in fact, out of stock, and they have to get stock from their wood mead branch.
On checking the Marshal music online store, the pedal says it’s in stock - yet when you WhatsApp them they say it’s not in stock…
Why do they take your money with false advertising???
It’s been a week now and I still don’t have what I ordered.
To be honest, the staff there don’t care too much either! Rather shop elsewhere!

23 Jun 2025, 12:14Worst customer service! You order online and call the customer care number, and then the person answers the phone saying they are from Marshall music. The website first says it’s one on hand, suddenly there is no stock.
Waited a week until I found out the stock had indeed arrived, but no Marshall store is affiliated with another store! The contact from One Stop Music is rude and arrogant! Most disgusting service I have EVER received in my life! I spend a ton of money with Marshall and this is the LAST time! Don’t deal with Dewalt or any of them! Save yourself the trouble!
