Poor customer service

I've been in Carletonville for 2 weeks busy with a project I'm ****ed at your delivery service cause half of the time the things I needed arrived late leaving no work done for the day at my expense again. I went on Friday and ordered tiles only to find out Sat afternoon that the entire box was cracked! I paid full price for them its not that I didn't have an option to go elsewhere for them but wanted and expected that maybe by chance you could do something professionally but to my content I was proven wrong. Do you find such fair and professional on the attached images? I have tiles I bought in Johannesburg full in the house and not one is even damaged or broken so this was an error from your end. I have the exact tile I bought from Active build not even 1 was broken but Marshall an entire box is broken I wondered why you have 2 pallets full outside for broken tiles it's all because of your drivers or the guys that pack them! Now I must go to the other side of town to new ones cause you don't open Sunday and for the fact their tile is cheaper!!! Then you have the nerve to tell me that your box was never like that when it came to me, how would you know cause you as the owners of the business don't load each and every delivery yourselves or yet alone do the deliveries physically.
