Replaced Broken Tool

I purchased a hand tool in a local hardware store for my tool collection. I never used it, but when I did try to use it for the first time months, if not years later, it broke. <br> Obviously not happy as I no longer had receipt or proof of purchase, the last thing I expected was for it to be replaced.<br> I Googled the item and found a supplier \Marshal Tools"in Durban and emailed them explaining the situation.<br> Even though they do not supply the particular hardware where I bought it with this product"
