Provident fund payout- Non payment and no response to calls and emails

I have submitted my claim in June for my provident fund payout, I have not received anything till now. The consultant that was helping me is now not answering my calls and he is also not responding to my emails.

I have waited for over 4 to 6 weeks for my payout and still there is no feedback as to when will I be getting my funds.
