Non excistance of service

Marsh is the brokers of someone who drove into me. Insurer is ominsure. Have endless problems with claim and after 7 months it is still not sorted. As brokers marsh has done nothing to assist. Im sure they take there montly commission. Will never recommend them. Its costi me legal action now to try and resolve the matter.
