Kaap Agri Rawsonville Garage - 8 March 2019. Petrol attendent fueled our Diesel car with Petrol. Nearly R200 000 damage with car hire and towing costs! Nobody at Kaap Afri have taken responsibility for this incident OR the administration of their insurance claim. We have had to communicate is their insurance broker, Eleana Bailey of Marsh Africa Stellenbosh, as well as the underwriters, Irda Kotze of Stalker Hutchison Admiral (Pty) Ltd. Both of whom have ZERO customer service, incredibly rude on email and phone calls with NO intention of resolving investigation into claim. While we, Kaap Agri's customer, have been inconvenienced without our car as well as having to sit and wait for any correspondence as to the progress of the investigation and resolving the claim. We have both emailed and called countless times to only be subjected to rude, abrupt, unco-operative as well as insulting responses!
