Murray McMurray SA ****

After finding them online and chatting over whatsapp I proceeded to place an order for 25 chickens. Two days later I received an email from a "courier company" QNXLogistics informing me that Murray McMurray had my delivery ready but due to extreme weather conditions I would need to hire, from them, cooler units in order to transport the chickens. These would only cost R100 per unit and I would need two, but that I would have to pay a R1600 deposit per cage. At this point it began to dawn on me that I had been had! I sent a whatsapp to MM. They responded about two hours later to say that it was standard procedure and that I should pay the deposit. I refused and asked for a refund. Every day they promise to pay my refund. What can be done about this?
